What a Pro license covers

Kyvenza uses a Perpetual Fallback License. Your key unlocks every version released on or before its Updates Until date, and your right to keep using those covered versions does not expire.

To check: open Settings → License and compare Updates Until with This Version Released on the About tab. If the installed build was released on or before that date, it is covered.

We only distribute the latest build of Kyvenza. Older installers are not published — security fixes and critical bug fixes only land in new releases, and we do not want people running known-broken versions. If the newest build is past your Updates Until, you have two options:

  • Keep using your currently installed covered version — it will keep working.
  • Renew or extend your license to move to the newest build.

If you need to reinstall a covered version you have already been running and no longer have the installer, contact [email protected].

Buying a license

Visit kyvenza.com for current pricing and purchase options.

Applying a license

  1. Open Settings → License.
  2. Paste your license key.
  3. Click Activate. Kyvenza validates the key online on first activation.

One device at a time

Each key can be active on one Mac at a time. To move to a different Mac, first remove the license in Settings → License on the current device.

Moving a license to a new Mac

Each key is valid on one Mac at a time. Follow these steps to move it:

  1. On the old Mac, open Settings → License and click Remove License from this Device. This frees the key.
  2. On the new Mac, install Kyvenza, finish onboarding, then open Settings → License and paste the same key.

If the old Mac is lost, stolen, or otherwise unreachable, email [email protected] from the address used at purchase and we'll help you regain access.
